1. What we collect
DriveBatcher collects only what is needed to provide the service:
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture obtained when you sign in with Google.
- Connected storage accounts — the metadata of the Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox accounts you choose to connect, including OAuth tokens used to act on your behalf.
- Job records — details of the batch operations you run (action, status, per-file results and generated share links) so you can review them in Job history.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide and operate the service: authenticating you, connecting your cloud storage, executing the batch operations you request, and displaying job history. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Access to your files
We only access the files you explicitly select in the DriveBatcher interface, and only to perform the action you choose (share, set permissions, or unshare). We never read file contents beyond what is required to carry out those actions, and we never use your files for any other purpose.
4. Sharing of data
We share data only with the providers required to operate the service: the cloud storage provider you connected (Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). These parties process data under their own terms and only for the purpose of delivering the service.
5. Retention & deletion
You can disconnect any connected storage account at any time from the Dashboard, which immediately revokes our access. You can also delete your account, which removes your connections and job records. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
6. Security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and scoped to the minimum permissions required. All traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to production infrastructure is restricted.
