Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. The service

DriveBatcher is a web-based tool that lets you manage file access across your cloud storage accounts in bulk — creating share links, setting permissions, and revoking access across Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing in. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that happens under it. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DriveBatcher to manage, share, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others;
  • depicts or promotes sexual content, adult content, or sexually explicit material;
  • involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors;
  • promotes violence, harassment, hate, or discrimination;
  • is malware, spyware, or otherwise harmful to systems or users.

Our systems may automatically review usage and content for compliance with these terms. Accounts found to be abusing the service — including batch sharing of prohibited content — may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Fair use & limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of operations. We may impose reasonable rate limits to protect the service for everyone. Automation or abuse of the service beyond these limits may result in throttling or account suspension.

5. Billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per applicable law and our refund policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every operation will succeed — file operations depend on the third-party storage providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveBatcher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
